ABOUT US

Forward Optics was formed by Dave Roberts and Scott Scarbrough on the Fourth of July, 2012. Our goal was to provide innovative special effects and technology to the Brand, Print, Advertizing, Packaging, Anti-counterfeit and Security markets. Our extensive knowledge of optical effects led us to develop and produce the first ultra-thin lenticular film (MicroFlex™) for labels, packaging and postage stamps and design a new very large format (“VLF”) 40 LPI lenticular sheet with optimum viewing angle for both 3D and animation advertizing graphic displays (ProVLF™) . Decades of experience in product development and production has led us to work with many Fortune 500 companies developing novel optics from digital displays to anti-counterfeit labels and packaging, to security features used in todays currency.

Additionally, with our background in Intellectual Property, we enjoy occassionally being retained as expert witnesses in legal disputes.
